Joe, "level" is not relative. You put a level on it and look at the bubble, and when you do that with a Saluki you find that it has a slightly upsloping top tube: 2.5 degrees for the 47cm size, 1.5 degrees for the rest. It's documented, see for yourself: http://www.cyclofiend.com/rbw/geometry.html
