Regarding cataloging... My primary (nearly my only) interface for browsing music is now SlimServer, so I have no real need to catalog the library using any other software. I'm not even sure what I'd do with it. Maybe if I was into creating playlists, a means of doing it from a PC would certainly be simpler than using anything in SlimServer.
