This is usually not an issue.  The transcoding program usually reads
the Vorbis Comments and converts them to ID3 transparently.

BTW you can use ID3 tags in FLAC files.  This is non-standard and not
recommended because it's unexpected and programs, including SlimServer,
may react oddly to it.  It also creates the possibility that the tag
data could differ and the reading program may not know which one to
use.  But the capability exists nevertheless.
