Foobar ALWAYS treats TPE2 as BAND. i.e. if you look at song properties, a song with a TPE2 frame will be shown as BAND. This is not treated with any special meaning.
Whereas Foobar will look for a tag called ALBUM ARTIST for Album Artist information, and WILL treat this with special meaning throughout the application. e.g. If it finds an album artist, it will group track artists under an album by that album artist.
