Thanks. And yes, this is it in a nutshell. I want to rip to FLAC, make the tags and art exactly what I want with any touching up based on my own preferences. Then I can use dbpoweramp to automatically convert to mp3, and the resulting mp3 files will be dealt with appropriately by ITUNES (for my iphones/ipods). And at the same time the FLAC files will work well in SbS and also in foobar2000 (my laptop and work computer "player").
