Now I had time to look at your pastebin and a bit at the tarball - I will need 
to find a "non gentoo" linux system to test that one properly.
It looks like gf2x hasn't been installed before ntl which it should. Can you 
check this? Of Burcin may have missed it because it was in his system.
That kind of stuff happens on a regular basis.
