What Expense category do you tie your health insurance reimbursement back to?
I assume no taxes are deducted from that ?

Health Insurance, we pay 90%, employees pay 10% and they have a HSA plan that
they can put pretax money into for discretionary

($2600/$5200). This is much better than most plans at other companies.

Here it’s law re: vacation and two weeks is the norm in first year. For some
senior folks, when recruiting them we do three weeks vacation to start which is

For employees whos role allows it, remote office/work from home has a lot
of value. I work from home1-3 days a week, that's got a lot of value. Just
make sure theres a response time requirement.
