Just to confirm the melee mode and sudden death melee sourcemod plugins
cause clients to crash when used.

im running latest STABLE sourcemod (1.0.3)
players noticed this, but it worked eventually. It looks to me like its
waiting for X number of players perhaps?

Are these vanilla servers or running modifications/plugins?

theres a new config file in cfg called config_arena.cfg
this sets the server name to that.

The new color scheme/skybox on Lumberyard however looks amazing!

ah this one! The game sound fx volume is independent of the voice recieve
volume, they are on separate tabs in game.
Each client needs to have their windows microphone volume set correctly
(this can be fiddly with some sound card drivers) and their voice transmit
and receive volume set to maximum.
Could you please clarify what the difference between 'Sound FX' volume and
'in-game' volume is? This question does not make a lot of sense to me.

It's easy enough to cheat if you have the tools, but to do it without being
noticed by the other team???

I agree, i fired up the old 1.6 the other day and i had forgotten about the

Would be nice to get this back!

for us noobs, can you elaborate this, are you saying if you use the wrong

Boy am i glad i got the updated metamod yesterday!
Theres no mention here of fixing srcds_run to get autoudpdate working on tf2
servers. This one has been outstanding way too long. Especially since every
update clobbers the manually 'fixed' one and puts the broken one back in.

Yeah, hadnt thought of that, will have some interesting effects on HLStatsX

Apart from the fact that it took me a while to realise the custom tab was
there when it was first implemented, my main issue with it is that it is
STILL not in the out of game, steam server list.
I think the tags should still be there, but instead of shunting the servers
off to the custom tab wher

My 2 cents, i run phsychostats and i find it to be very feature complete for
TF2 and of course can be extended if particular functionality is needed.
These projects, HLstatsX, Psychostats etc, have lots of project members and
are still very active projects, so if i was personally thinking about ad
maybe im missing the point here, but wouldn't forcing this potentially be a
breach in the TOS anyway? If they have a genuine reason for disabling it,
then its quite possible they would notice the extra traffic anyway and could
then potentialy cancel your account immediatly with no refund?
Right ho
oops, that was not medicine!
