(313) 'Settings' CD RELEASE PARTY - Thinkbox
'Settings' CD RELEASE PARTY WHO: THINKBOX ( http://www.thinkbox.ca ) WHAT: experimental electronic music CD release performance event WHEN: January 24, 2003 beginning at 9pm WHERE: Detroit Contemporary, 5141 Rosa Parks Boulevard Detroit, MI 48208 COST: $5 (you will receive a coupon for $5 off the 'Settings' CD release) WHO/WHAT IS 'THINKBOX': Since the Thinkbox self-curating media collective started sharing ideas in the late 1990's, they have involved themselves (and the Windsor/Detroit art and electronic music communities) with their vision of producing a kind of experimental 'intermedia' that is both unfamiliar and unique, and most often introducing sound as a key element. This collective, while occasionally in flux, currently retains a solid core of members that consists of Windsor's Mark Laliberte, Christopher Bissonnette, Chris McNamara, Steven Roy, and Ypsilanti Michigan's Bill Van Loo. Local electronic music community veteran Rob Theakston (also from Ypsilanti) is also regularly involved with the collective, and will be assisting with promotions and distribution for future events and media releases. Much of their collective output to this point has involved the creation of large scale new media installations, of video projections, of performances in gallery settings, as well as occasional forays into the more experimental aspects of club culture. For example, McNamara, a professor of film and video at the University of Michigan, recently exhibited a video installation at 'Stiftung BINZ 39' in Zurich, Switzerland, and will be returning there as 'artist-in-residence' in summer 2003; Van Loo, well-known in the area for his unique laptop performances, recently opened for veteran UK sound artist David Toop during his local stopover at Artcite Inc this past November; Laliberte, a sound installation artist showing on a national level, was commissioned in June 2002 by CBC Radio Windsor to collaborate with one of their reporters on a study manipulation of the ambient sounds floating around the Windsor area, to explore the ways in which 'field recordings' can be used as a creative material and a compositional source (also of note: the source sound for this project was later opened up to the rest of the collective, resulting in 'Interpretations', an MP3 'remix' project released exclusively on www.thinkbox.ca, their website). Meanwhile, all the Thinkbox members have toned their personal sound palettes in recent years by hosting events at Windsor venues such as Milk (where they do a monthly glitch and texture night called 'Signal'), The Press Club, Lift Lounge, and Artcite Inc, as well as participating in other DJ events in both Detroit and Toronto. 2003 is looking to be a key year for Thinkbox, as they prepare to release 'Settings' which will officially debut at a release party at 'Detroit Contemporary' on Jan 24, 2003. This special evening will host a number of unique moments; most notably, it will be the first time that all of the members will perform in one evening at a single venue. It should be a spectacle, to say the least. THINKBOX P.O. RE: (313) Vestax PCV warning - try this!
One thing to keep in mind is that knobs and sliders on electronic gear, dj gear, stereo gear often oxidize leaving you with a scratchy sound when faders or knobs move. There are various sprays you can purchase at high end audio stores that lubricate the faders and bring life back to them. A great product a friend lent me is called Nutrol and it works wonders for scratchy, worn out sounding faders. Of course there are some crappy dj mixers out there that don't work properly or comparatively to a more expensive mixer. (313) Detroit Contemporary - my $.02 Cdn
To everyone reading this - the show on November 23 will be a special night for all of the performers I'm sure and here's why: Bill Van Loo is getting good, really really good. When he's excited to play new original material you don't want to miss Michigan's biggest grin as well as fine music, not to mention wild experimental live video. The duo of Kataconda Wraith have such a nice, dark and dirty rhythmic minimal techno sound you'll swear these guys have been studying their techniques in dark clubs in Germany. Be sure to ask them about their solid new 1st vinyl EP release on Acid Sonic Research. This is also their 1st show at Detroit Contemporary. Steve Roy - well, I don't like to talk much about my own music but I have some pretty nifty, dirty dubby original beats to display for those who attend. I'm extremely excited to play at D.C. for the 1st time. Again, check out www.acidsonicresearch.com for sound samples from each artist. And like Tim said before, come out and introduce yourself - it'd be great to meet some more list members. Best to all. Re: (313) [idm] The truth about laptop shows...
It comes back to diffent styles of music appeal to different people. Some people like loopy songs, some people like complicated song structure, some people like jazz, while another may hate jazz at love ...ahem, cough - Def Leppard. And of course some people are newer, less experienced musicians and play live and you obviously won't get a musical show of the same caliber as someone who has years of experimenting and creative development. (not intended as a dig on the person who started the post) ken this is the reason that DJs play for several hours and live PAs are typically 1 hour or less. and remember guys, the person making the music is just making the music. the emphasis should be on the party, not the person making the music _ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com Steve Roy _ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com

after listening to closer to the edit i realized that 90% of it you may not recognize. you may recognize sounds and bass lines but everything is completely re-arranged. rich has taken snippets as small as one hi-hat hit and re-worked the entire mix. a great minimal listen, the louder the better too ;) read: http://de9.m-nus.com/index.html to understand how richie explains it. To my knowledge there is no 'track listing' per se, because of the nature of the mix. Lots of track titles are included as points of reference, but the order in which they are listed is not the order in which they are played. There is also nothing that subscribes to the traditional track-after-track approach. Bits of track recur at random times throughout the mix. Makes sense, right? Re: [313] lifefest thoughts
Lifefest thoughts... Hmmm, mixed emotions. Friday night's pre-party was good and bad. It was great to see old friends and new (Rob, Bill, Diana, Keith, Dennis, Tristan, Ben, Barry, Tim, Logic 7, Kevin, Carrissa etc...) and hear some fantastic djing skills displayed at Amsterdam (not to mention great records). It's too bad that Amsterdam probably had the finest young DJs in the area play and few people danced. People stuck to the walls and kind of stared at the DJs all night. Strange, especially with the incredible variety of techno, deep house, funky house, ghetto tech etc. Life Fest: I was planning on going at 1200 and when I was running late I was upset that I was going to miss a couple talented locals and Clark Warner. I arrived at 3pm and the gates are locked? What the hell?? Thankful for the press area I entered to catch some of Clark's set and to watch a couple locals play for a couple volunteers and people with press passes. That must have been quite disappointing for them. I passed time waiting for the gates to open and let some friends in. While vendors anticipated mass sales - the gates remained closed and I hung out with some old friends at the Milk/Amsterdam/Slices booth. I found it odd that at 330 pm there still wasn't much of a lineup. Anyway, the gates opened and a crowd of people anxiously walked through (i'd usually say flooded but there were too few people to label it flooded). The main stage didn't seem to get much attention for hours and a small child could've counted how many people were there which kept me scratching my head all day. Where was everyone? I enjoyed Clark's musical journey and then headed over to see Ian Hind who played some nice classics and displayed his 909 programming skills. I managed to catch the end of Dale's set. Gene Farris seemed to get people dancing and slowly got the crowd excited. I retreated to the hill to catch some shade and decided to go home and freshen up before Carl Craig and Rich went on (both of whom were who I was excited to see). When I came back to the festival I got chills. Carl was spinning and he has such a nice style. When the sun went down - the crowd seemed ready to party (finally). Kevin Saunderson played a solid set and Inner City was fun but I couldn't hear the drums at all which took away from the intensity of their performance. With that sound system, the drums should have been pounding and the bass guitar should've sliced through too to funk up the place - didn't happen. Then an erie, digital tone breaks through and people from all areas of the festival rush to the main stage. The anticipation for Richie's set was exciting to see and man can he mix. And as always, the sound guys seemed to crank up the eq and volume of the sound system for Rich's set. Is their a clause in his contract that says he must have the loudest set ;) or does he just work the mixer better than everyone else? Anyways, great set by Rich - I got chills through out his set. Great style and it was cool to have him so close to the crowd as well. The main stage area still wasn't full however and everyone had tons of room to dance. Again - where was everyone? Was Life Fest a success? I think it was a success and a stepping stone for Windsor in relation to electronic music. Still - Windsor is a small automotive based city and people come here to drink for the first time (age 19), they come here to dance at top 40 clubs with cheap drinks and hot body contests, and the come to see naked women. And I heard a young american girl shot someone downtown Windsor Saturday night too... damn. Come drink our beer but please leave your guns at home. I also feel bad for vendors who planned to sell to maybe tens of thousands and sold to a few thousand and lost . To Joe and Jeremy...great job on organizing the festival and making everything about it feel extremely professional and tasteful. I hope it you guys have Life Fest 2 because I loved being in Windsor and finally having something to get excited about and many people I talked to felt the same way. I know there were DJs and young artists from all over Canada, USA, and Europe to attend the festival so hopefully the word gets out and will bring more people out for next year's festival. I know the people who love electronic music loved the festival. I did. steve roy _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT)
i believe like anything in our world, progress, innovation and technology can make things better, easier, or at least get people thinking different. many humans get locked into this is the way it is so this is the way it has to be way of thinking and go through life with blinders on. it's the innovators that seem to excel. finalscratch may force independant label's and artist to think, work, or promote differently. who knows what kind of products can be created to compliment or expand finalscratch too. should be an exciting time for djs. does anyone know when the official release date is? From: miss lauryn g [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 08:10:58 -0500 (EST) i think the idea of this technology is fantastic. however, what i am wondering is what this is going to do to the independent record label industry. use of mp3s right now doesn't currently affect them as much as it does the major record labels. but what this is going to do is discourage buying vinyl. (at least that is how i see it.) all you have to do is basically find a track online or find a friend with that record and rip an mp3. it's going to cause a lot of producers to not make any money. i wonder how much people are going to start fighting within the dance music community after this becomes readily available. i personally think that final scratch is going to be pretty popular and that after it gets some more attention, it's going to be utilized by more and more people, especially after they see that it works so well. it's just also a question of people supporting their artists and buying the vinyl still. (which is something that i would still be doing if i really really wanted a certain track...it would cause a lot less of that h why did i buy THAT? syndrome that i occasionally get here and there if i used final scratch and just had an mp3 of the track.) i dunno...i'm just going to sit back and watch and see how people start changing their minds on the mp3 argument when it starts affecting THEM. -l - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

mp3.com is good for storing your own tracks for free. if someone wants to listen to a track you've created just direct 'em there. if you want more out of mp3.com (like $$) you need to work hard to promote your tracks, just like any other music medium. people won't be looking to buy your tracks from mp3.com just like no one will hand you money randomly. effort = results From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 11:09:53 -0400 In theory - you're right. In practice - totally off. MP3.com promised to offer something similar to what you speak of (...think of what it will do to artist exposure as well as profit margins... with ...the potential to sell hundreds of thousands or copies of a given track worldwide in digital format... ) . Some have made a nice amount of change on MP3.com and even got signed to record companies, etc. However, the remainder of artists end up buried under the thousands of others. Cost to get started with MP3.com is $0, cost to maintain your site and administer on MP3.com is $0, and your chances of making a dime on MP3.com is about 0 as well. jonathan morse [EMAIL PROTECTED] on 08/15/2001 10:40:55 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED], Kevin Conrad [EMAIL PROTECTED], 313@hyperreal.org cc: Subject: Re: QRe: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) indeed...imagine when you can downlaod a track for say $.50 or $1.00 directly from a labels web site rather than pay $6 - $10 or more for the 12 which both the distributor and the shop have added their cost to. granted it puts the middlemen out of business but thats the breaks i guess. just think of what it will do to artist exposure as well as profit margins. the up front cost of maintaining an FTP server is nothing compared to those of pressing and distributing vinyl let alone the fact that there's the potential to sell hundreds of thousands or copies of a given track worldwide in digital format rather than tens of thousands on vinyl. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

good points and it's probably too difficult to give an accurate evaluation at this point. i've purchased maybe 10 cds since i started djing. and probably have spent thousands on vinyl. better selection of what i like is released on vinyl and obviously the medium of choice for djing. maybe dj friends will group together and purchase vinyl or cds and share their tracks with each other to use with finalscratch. like discussed many times though many djs seem to like to keep many of their gems to themselves and won't even tell other people the name of the producer, the track or the label. another point (sort of) is i've never been able to find 1/10 of all of the music i'd like to dj on napster or ftp's. will it change with finalscratch? who knows. people may start archiving records more and make their vinyl collection available digitally. i'm all for trading tracks. how much music should one person buy? how much can 1 person afford? a lot of people spend a grand a month and half of it sits and collects dust. scary to the wallet and maybe more addicting than smoking or cocaine. [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 16:32:42 + finalscratch may force independant label's and artist to think, work, or promote differently. who knows what kind of products can be created to compliment or expand finalscratch too. should be an exciting time for djs. many of the points you made were total valid, and i agree on them. HOWEVER, you forgot something very important: we're talking about an issue here that even the big Records label, with their virtually unlimited cashflow, have been unable to nic; digital distribution. Now, mp3's certainly didn't spell the doom of big record labels yet (hell, i think they profited off of suing everyone). But it did take a chunk of change out of their profit. At that point in time, i could care less: Big labels didn't play with the boys that i like (except for the grand pubahs, but i can care less about them). Big record labels need to go away, but little ones need to stay. And THAT'S why i fear this for the little records labels: if a small portion of their profit margin goes, they could easily sink under. Yeah, vinyl sales aren't going to tube out, but they will go down quite a bit, at least at first. and considering how much it costs to put out vinyl, you're going to see a lot less vinyl out there. You're going to see vinyl from people who are able to put out a couple hundred copies MAYBE at a time, and will only be able to distribute that locally. I'm very excited and horrified to see what is going to happen to music as a whole in the next 5 years. _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

cds decks don't have the hands on accuracy and performance feeling of vinyl. if they did it may be more interesting to use them. i would have to agree with adam about it being a lot more rewarding about finding things on vinyl instead of mp3. me too. but it's tough sometimes being able to part with $15 for 2 or 3 tracks and one being a solid track. From: M Elliot-Knight [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] CC: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 17:50:18 + Currently there are way too many hands in the pot for vinyl to disappear from DJ use...first of all it's part of our culture and I doubt that DJs will let it die. Technology is cool but we are hunters...we love the smell of a record store and our radar can pick one out miles away. Which brings me to the record stores themselves - they are our friends and they have supported our dirty habits for years. Then there is the network of mastering techs, engineers, pressing plants, distributors, record labels, etc. Vinyl ain't going away no matter what technologies come along. Plus, for every bad record there are a hundred bad MP3s, and I'm talking utter poo. At least pressing vinyl requires a bit more dedication to each pressing. I'd say that the majority of people who press up a record for the first time probably won't do it again because it requires more sweat and tears (and money) than they are willing to put into it. FinalScratch is a great tool but it's not the FinalAnswer. MEK From: atomly [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: [313] ANyone know about Finalscratch (maybe OT) Date: Wed, 15 Aug 2001 11:02:56 -0500 Have any of you ever released a record, though? There's something so visceral about it that uplading an MP3 to a website can't replace. When I make a track and upload it to my site, that's cool. When I master it, send it off to have it cut and get back a test pressing, there's just something amazing about it. When you press vinyl, you get a real feeling of acomplishment- you feel like you actually produced something real. It's like having a craftsman type job versus working in a service industry. In the same way, there's something much more rewarding about finding Shari Vari in the cut-out bin at a store than there is about downloading it from some 16 year-old's FTP site. And on top of that there is the fact that MP3s have no real packaging. Sure, it's a bull-shit, old-school elitist attitude, but it does have some validity to it. About two years ago, I would've been sitting here arguing for MP3s and the digital revolution, but there's just something that's not the same about it. I also find it ironic that one of the biggest supporters of Finalscratch is also one of the strictest about the form of his releases... Richie is a nut about being in control of his stuff (anybody remember the incident with Free Radio Furthur recording his set?) so it seems kind of amusing that he would support something like this. -- :: atomly :: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.atomly.com/ | 877.741.3571 - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thinkbox is by no means finished and actually there are some extremely interesting things going on behind the scenes including future event planning and cd/vinyl releases for the collective. We enjoyed the night when you guys came down for our show, musically and socially. I never let a poor turnout get me down. It's Windsor. That night there were three big shows in Detroit and with limited advertising time we didn't anticipate a huge turnout unfortunately. We'll have you guys down again in the fall or winter I'm sure. Our next show is as follows: CONNECT *** A night of electronic exploration and community. Hit the main room for pumpin' techno and house and lose yourself in the front lounge with downtempo, ambient and experimental frequencies. I mean did the poor turn out for sutekh and myself [naw] turn you guys off from doing any more events? I think you all should keep on plugging away. All that is missing is a little bit of focus a slightly better way of reaching out to people when promoting and good venues (which windsor seems to have a few of already it seems like), you have a talented crew behind you, please dont give it up so quickly. The creative director should have someone to help with paperwork. I guess unless we know what Carl's contract consists of it's hard to make an accurate evaluation on the situation. Thinkbox is a self-curating media collective founded in 1997, created to explore technological works and contemporary media in relation to both gallery and commercial distribution networks. Thinkbox reflects the varied interests of its members. As an enterprise, it is centred on the exploration and innovative use of material and technique to produce works that develop complex questions to simplified answers about art, technology, and the nature of multi-media creation. Many of the strategies employed by the artists involved question preconcieved notions of the categorical limitations of music, audio, noise and sound, often in relation to video, film and the moving image. The primary aim of Thinkbox is to promote and advance the new media artist as content provider / cultural producer in the changing art landscape of the new century. The members of the collective are dedicated to the production and dissemination of non-categorical contemporary art creations. Through the initiative of member artists, Thinkbox intersects with mass culture through gallery installations, performances, festivals, and the release of audio/video products. _ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.

Re:[313] can't get no decent techno .... but i try
That's what's great about DJing. Although all DJs have the same access to the same records - each DJ buys records and sounds that please them and in turn they use those records in a DJ set to keep everyone dancing and having a great time. There are great records available new and old. What you do with them as a DJ is what makes the difference. djr From: stuffed bird [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] CC: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re:[313] can't get no decent techno but i try Date: 29 Mar 2001 14:54:55 - I agree, techno lost me to deep house around the same time, but I still buy a lot of techno records. I think there are as many quality techno records coming out as there were in those days, it's just the number of crappy looped banging stuff that has multiplied enormously, and is sadly being bought by loads of young dj's who just want to get the girls and get paid like a superstar. Deep house has always been a little less popular and has IMO maintained more integrity (although the French disco house sound is a serious attempt at destroying that integrity). The techno that usually makes me wanna hit the decks and the floor nowadays: most John Tejada releases, I love the one on M'n'G, but there are also those on Palette a.o., the last Beroshima was storming as well, very deep stuff, Hakan Lidbo also releases some deep stuff, although the purists won't regard this as techno Gigolo has also releases some slamming tracks these last couple of years hope this helps, RD from my own point of view, i just seem to be buying old(er) techno records, circa '90 to '97. there seems to be so many classic tunes from this period (most of which i failed to buy when they first came out - poor student days), but nowadays the releases that must be bought, for me, are few and far between. all my favourite tunes were made in the mid to early '90s. few producers, it seems, are making exciting deep dance-floor techno now. the last brilliant record that i bought was stefan robbers release on ifach, but its sound harks back to days of eevolute. kanzleramt seem to be making quality music these days, as are technasia, but can any of you extremely knowledgable people recommend any other labels that i might be missing out on (besides your established big names like tresor, planet e, kompakt)? i love the stuff on raygun (especially the fabrice lig and frame six releases), if that's a clue to my techno tastes (not a massive fan of the hard minimal side). hope people can point me in the right direction. cheers, aidan _ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Signup for FREE email and member home pages at http://www.turkey.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.

so much negativity in the last two posts...damn. I do agree with one thing Sit back, RELAX, enjoy the hard beats - could say more more but not feeling feisty enough ;) From: Jayson B. So much for being the only innovative sound eh? it's just the number of crappy looped banging stuff that has multiplied enormously, umm, its always been crappy looped banging stuff. That's what makes it techno. and is sadly being bought by loads of young dj's who just want to get the girls and get paid like a superstar. isn't getting laid and paid the whole reason for doing ANYTHING? Guys do certain things because it attracts certain chicks. Deep house has always been a little less popular and has IMO maintained more integrity ahh yes, the whole, if its sold more than a thousand copies the artist MUST have sold out and have no integrity, bit. Haven't heard THAT before. I think people take music too seriously for the wrong reasons. YES, its a powerful medium. YES, its an artform. But dude, RELAX. its just music. Its not going to cure cancer. Just because an artist writes a song that other people like besides him does NOT make it evil, nor does it make him a sellout, or commercialized. It means he wrote a track that other people like. Yeah, there's a commercial aspect to music, and there ARE people who sellout, but i think it happens less than y'all think. I mean, was andy warhol an evil commercial sellout cause he sold his paintings? I just think its time that this whole elitist attitude gives it up. Its Tired, and i think needs to be saved for acts like britney spears. so Sit back, RELAX, enjoy the hard beats. (although the French disco house sound is a serious attempt at destroying that integrity). yeah, those evil French Disco House Dj's are just trying to capitalize on that which is pure and unmoved right? Cause they're makin those Ten Dollah bills y'all! Oh well, just wanted to toss my 2 cents in. you're more than welcomed to your opinion, and if you want to keep yourself as closeminded as possible, that's great. don't let me stop you from reaching that level of Snobbery (seriously). My opinion: Deep house makes me want to go to bed. For a supposed new sound, its just as old and rehashed as all music is. _ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
