Hi list, I just read over the read me file. I was trying to do a quest where I was supposed to find a employees records. I had to go to the factory and go bilvillys office. I found the records. I was told to go back to the safe zone and give it to billy. I went back to the safe zone as told bud when I got back to the safe zone I could not figure where billy was. Could someone give me a idea of where I should go or do? Also, I went to the folder where swamp was and looked at the read me duke prime. I saw the portion which talked about maps and read on how to get from nap to map but I did not see any where which discussed the general lay out of the maps. [Audyssey] Eurofly problem
Hi list, I installed this game and am having the following problem. I do both task and free flight. I go through the process of release brakes, shut the door, turn the engines on with the page up key. I follow the instructions and get the permission to take off. The problem I am having is I hit the home key to make the engine hi higher to make me move and no matter what I do, I never move. The brakes are off. Can someone give me a idea on what I may be doing wrong? As said I followed the instructions and it does not work. Thanks in advance. (A new game from the Smugglers 5 & Dead But Alive developers) "Of Love And Sorrow" is now available on Steam and direct from the developer at www.nielsbauergames.com . It´s a gripping 120,000 word interactive novel where the choices you decide to make, create the story and there is a launch discount of 40% for 1 week on Steam and 2 weeks on www.nielsbauergames.com. It is 1841, twenty years before the American Civil War. The North is entering the early days of industrialization, while the South remains bound to tradition and agriculture. Of Love And Sorrow is a 120,000 word interactive novel following the story of two young brothers from the South, separated by war, love and betrayal. Starting with their ambition to become officers at the Westpoint Academy, the choices you make will direct the story - their lives, their loves, their very destiny is up to you. Who will you be? Are you an abolitionist, or do you fight to keep the slaves that work your family's plantation? Do you believe in the honor and duty of a cadet, or are you a gambling and whoring dandy? Here is the latest project we´ve been working on and we need your help to get it on Steam! Please vote for the game on Greenlight: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=682779954 What is Of Love And Sorrow? It is 1841, twenty years before the American Civil War. The North is entering the early days of industrialization, while the South remains bound to tradition and agriculture. With arguments on both sides over slavery and military expansion, this still young nation is on the brink of being torn apart. Will you stay faithful to your true love, Caroline, who is waiting for you to return from the Academy, or will you break her heart? And when fate forces you to choose between your brother and your duty, which will you choose? Largely text-based, let the power of your imagination take you back to another time and place. Every decision you make has repercussions. Will you help a young slave girl against a mean overseer or look the other way? Are you a good cadet, or are you a trouble-maker? Whatever you decide, it´s your choices that will determine the story. Key features: • A gripping 120,000 word interactive novel • Your choices determine the story • High-resolution, carefully hand-drawn art style • Straight or gay romances and amorous pictures • Historical setting - experience America as it was in the 1840 At first it will just be released on Windows, but the engine is capable of handling Mac and mobile too. The game includes a blind compatibility mode (a self-voicing feature). Re: [Audyssey] Star conquest very irritating
Hi dark To be totally honest if you are trying to do space combat without a sound pack is quite hard. X The reason I say that is because there was so much so per previous text rolling the screen while in combat that it makes it extremely hard to catch up with what you need to be here in tim With a psalm pack, you will hear only we are the enemy is which makes aiming for tracking then aiming a shooting a lot faster a lot easier and a lot more manage also said with a sound pack things just one more smoothly. If you're fighting with rats is probably the easiest thing as a newbie you can do. If you were doing Vector combat, that would mean if you heard the rat to your north you hit eight and enter. So that is what it sounded like you were doing. I like star conquest, however at times in my opinion it could be very On Sat, May 28, 2016 at 1:24 AM lenron brown wrote: > Right use vector it's a lot better. Re: [Audyssey] Star conquest very irritating
Hi dark, Do you have one of the sound packs? That helps because you don't have all the extra talking of unimportant text? Secondly, don't use coordinate based combat. Use vector combat. What that is hit the number 7 to aim northwest or 9 for northeast etc. as a new pilot do space combat with a group. As a new pilot none of your ships are strong enough to do a single beacon. As someone new learn to fly in manual mode stick to rats ground combat salvage etc. I plan on art art to play again and would be willing to help out. Re: [Audyssey] A Visit from Lycanthrope Claus .
That is too awesome! -Original Message- From: Gamers [mailto:gamers-boun...@audyssey.org] On Behalf Of Phil Vlasak Sent: Friday, December 25, 2015 7:29 AM To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: [Audyssey] A Visit from Lycanthrope Claus . A Visit from Lycanthrope Claus . by Phil Vlasak. Inspired by Clement Clark Moore. The Christmas full moon will be the 1st since 1977... 'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. The garlic was hung by the chimney with care, In hopes that werewolf Claus would not be there. The children were nestled shivery in their beds, While visions of glowing red eyes danced in their heads. And mamma in her 'kerchief, and I in my cap, Had just settled our brains for a long winter's nap. When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter, I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew like a flash, Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash. The full moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow, Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below. When, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But an enormous sleigh, and eight giant reindeer. With a large old driver, with whiskers and paws, I knew in a moment it must be Lycanthrope Claus. More rapid than bats his coursers they came, And he barked, and howed, and called them by name. "Now, Thrasher! now, Smasher! now, Rupture and Vixen, On, Vomit! on, Stupid! on, Dopey and Blitzen! To the top of the porch, up the side of the wall, Now jump away, jump away, jump away all!" As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly, When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky, So up to the house-top the coursers they flew, With the sleigh full of bones, and a werewolf Claus too. And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof, The prancing and pawing of each large hoof. As I drew in my head, and was turning around, Down the chimney Lycanthrope Claus came with a bound. He was covered all in fur, from his head to his foot, And his claws were all coated with blood and soot. A bundle of bones he had flung on his back, And he looked like a murderer just opening his sack. His tail, how harry! his fangs, how scary! His whiskers were like needles, eyes red as a cherry! His droll long snout had drawn out as it grew, And the fur of his chin was as brown as the stew. The stump of an arm he held tight in his teeth, And its blood it encircled his head like a wreath. He had a broad face and a large round belly, That shook when he growled, like a bowlful of jelly. He was chubby and plump, a hair-raising werewolf, And I screamed when I saw him, in spite of myself. A glance of his eye and a twitch of his tail, Soon gave me to know I had everything to faille. He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, But at the sound of my gun he turned with a jerk. While pulling my finger back on the trigger, The silver bullet hit as he leaped at my figure. He crashed out the window while his team gave a whistle, And away they flew at the sound of my pistol. But I heard him exclaim, as he fell out of sight, "Cause those damn reindeer left me, I'll give them a good bite!" --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. Hi everyone: I was wondering if anyone knew how to do the following thing on mush client. I had it happen once before but I do not know how to do it now. I want to have the output text written to a notepad file and then be able to go back and forth between the normal input window and the output window or the notepad window. Re: [Audyssey] Survive the wild players?
There is a forum page and there are walk throughs. I did a google search on the game and was easy to find. The things which are ahrd is to know what the food and such levels are good. Also I have not found a page or such which tells all the things you could make. It is a fun game but a little frustrating as you first learn. -Original Message- From: Gamers [mailto:gamers-boun...@audyssey.org] On Behalf Of Darren Harris Sent: Sunday, September 27, 2015 10:47 AM To: Gamers Discussion list Subject: Re: [Audyssey] Survive the wild players? I drink but as soon as I do, my thirst is at 800 and shortly thereafter I die. I can't get to where I can get a fishing pole etc for I die to fast to do anything else. Re: [Audyssey] Mysteries of the Ancients News
I would agree with bad experiences to 3d fps. I think the game would be so more challenging and fun if it was a 3d fps. I am really very passionate about this. I can not and will not get into any side scroller. I played the demo's and was honestly bored with it. I want to be able to move any direct around and not be restricted to right, left up or down. Again I respect your opinions and whatever you do. Take care and look forward to raceway and other titles you come out with if your choice is to continue to side scroller route. Re: [Audyssey] Mysteries of the Ancients News
That is what makes shades of doom fun. The problem is that people want things easy. I want something thathat is hard. I want a challenge. side scrollers are easy and honestly no fun. You said the key word Phil. It is easier to move. Really? Really? Movement and such is so much more challenging and fun. Thoma go with the fps. For those who do not want it we are sorry. Let's look at the facts. if you would not have taken on this endeavor they would have no game whatsoever. Yet instead of being appreciative of what you are trying to do, they again are complaining cause you want to go a new way with the game. One which your heart and mind are in. My feelings again are who cares. Do what you want and feel is good for you and the game. Do what you want where support patches and such will make you happy! Re: [Audyssey] Bug in MOTA.
Thomas: Yes I am so sure it is frustrating. I wish I could say I understand it but as you am lost for words. It is also very strange that 64 applications act this way. I wish I would have known. All I read on the net was that it could not have one line of 16 piece of code in it. For example I think your installer checks for direct and net framework. I think Che took that check out for his installer and the program ran perfectly. I do not mind working with you one on one if it means we can get it work. Re: [Audyssey] Bug in MOTA.
Thomas: All the error states is this program has stopped worked. Then it gives me the message that I can close the program. The error message is useless. When I go to problem resolution in control panel it says there is a compatibility error. Is this program a true 32 bit program? Che had a problem with his holdem and hearts game and he fixed it by not having it check for direct x or net framework I think. It appears if there is any 16 bit code build in the installer or program it does not work. Vista 64 bit has to be a true 32 bit program with no code whatsoever for 16 bit. I hope this makes sense. Hi Phil, You just braught up a very good point. A lot of people still are not aware that all weapons have a minimum and maximum range. If someone is trying to kill a monster up too close then obviously the weapon won't work. Diddo if the monster is out of range. MOTA is not a simple game by any means. Anyway, I'm wondering if Ryan's problem with the random monster in room 12 is simply not being prepared for the attack? If it happens to be near the staircase then the gamer in question has to act pretty quick to get out of the way and not too close to the monster to get in some stabs, shots, whatever. It is certainly tricky at times. Re: [Audyssey] Street Fighter IV VS. MK versus DC universe
Is this game for the xbox 360 or what game system? -Original Message- From: gamers-boun...@audyssey.org [mailto:gamers-boun...@audyssey.org] On Behalf Of Clement Chou Sent: Friday, February 13, 2009 3:17 PM To: brandonsl...@freelists.org; Gamers Discussion list Subject: [Audyssey] Street Fighter IV VS. MK versus DC universe I know a lot of people have MK already, and are probably going to get SFIV as well. But for all those seriously debating between the two... here's my two-sense. I've played both games... up to the most modern ones. After having a bit of a threat on gamefaqs all about it, I figured I'd give my opinions to the vi community as well. I've borrowed a copy of MK versus DCU from a friend of mine, and have been playing it for a while now. As an honest MK and street fighter fan, I confess myself to being more on the street fighter side of things. One quote I know from the thread I mentioned is, "MK has always been more about style than substance." To a certain extent, that is true. MK looks flashy and cool, for a while, but eventually the slow gameplay mechanics start to get to you. Don't get my wrong, I like MK. Like it a lot. But in terms of content.. especially in MK VS DCU, it falls way short and Midway tried to do a lot of things to the gameplay. Some worked, some did not. Either way, MK wasn't the game it was hyped up to be... and the m rating got dropped to a t, which also frustrated a lot of MK fans, me among them. SFIV, on the other hand, looks good, plays smoothly, and has unlockable content. A lot of it. Different quotes for acaracters, more characters to unlock. But the best of all... it has a much deeper engine. You can do a lot of things in SF that in MK history... hasn't happened very often. The big thing that always tiled me towards the Street Fighter series slightly more was the character diversity. Each character has their own style, fighting style that is, and their own different style of play that's flexible to newcomers and vetarines alike. Combos are a nice challenge to pull off, and there's stuff in the engine that you don't really think about until you actually experience them. As an example... canceling a special move into supers or ultras. MK, on the other hand... there really isn't too much depth to the engine. Yeah sure each character has their own set of combos, but when it comes down to it, special moves are really the only thing that separates one character from another. In MK, you can play every character the same way and most likely do okay. But... take a street fighter sinario. If you were to pick Xangief and pit him up against a character like Akuma, you'll have a good challenge to work through. Problem? Xangief has no long-rage projectiles, since he's a wrestler. The result? You have to play defensively unless you can get past Akima's guard. But once you're through, you can dominate with Xangief close up and damaging moves like the spinning piledriver... or my personal favorite, the german suplex. But my point being that SF has a lot more complexity to it. Mk is a good game, but you know what? SFIV definitely outdoes mk versus DC. Unless it's just me... since this is only my pinion. But take IGN's reviews for both games, as an example. MK got a 7.5. SFIV got a 9.3... even though it isn't out yet. That's the first time I've seen IGN or any gaming site do a review with an early build... or rather, early release. And... one more thing, audio wise. Voices at least, I've always liked SF... be! cause if characters shout phrases, they actually mean something... meaning you can take the Japanese words and translate them. But in MK.. the only words that come out are random syllables strung together. In conclusion, as an mk fan and Street Fighter fan, my opinion given is... SFIV is better I'm trying to be as unbias as I can, and tried to be as fair as I could. Hope this helps anyone caught up in this dilemma. All opinions are appreciated. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org. [Audyssey] For those who play Hell Moo
Hi everyone: Are there any mudders who have played or do play hell moo currently? If so, how did you work round the map and finding the hotel to go to to quit? I think it is amusing for what it is. It is extremely fowl but again as the page says it is not for anyone under 18. Anyways, as a newbie there no help is really there and the maps are color coded which wow how unhelpful for blind players is that? Anyone who can help would be so much appreciated. Also can you contact me off list for I have some questions that maybe you can help me with. Thank you in advance. --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to gamers-unsubscr...@audyssey.org.
