As far as synching the machines and tables together, there are plenty of
devices out there that takes a BPM read off your mixer and converts it to
MIDI to your machines. Its not fool proof though.

I beleive that they actually did have a couple parties in there like 6 or 7
years ago. I never made it down there. I thought they were crazy as hell.
But I remember ppl telling me about how they had been to parties in there.
The name of the crew that threw them in there was called Ozone or
I've been working my Roland R8mk II into my DJ set. It's getting easier to
do, but there's a lot of fine tuning involved with the tempo and pitch
control. I've got to do it by ear, no BPM counters or MIDI out on my mixer
or anything like that. Matter of fact, I'd probably prefer not to have it.

That's what's great about DJing. Although all DJs have the same access to
the same records - each DJ buys records and sounds that please them and in
turn they use those records in a DJ set to keep everyone dancing and having
a great time. There are great records available new and old. What
I think there are as many quality techno records coming out as there were
in those days,
yeah, when everyone and their mother only uses equipment that's 10 years old
or older, the new sound thing runs thin. So much for being the only
