Well, yes and no,
This pro version obviously comes with a laptop, but runs on Beos. Beos also
runs on Mac.
So from what I understand Finalscratch should be able to run on a mac.
But it doesn't run on Mac OS, no.

Hello everybody!
I think the Hardwax records are all produced by Robert Hood!
The older ones are veeery hard! The best releases on Hardwax IMO:
Dr. Kevorkian-Aftermath (HW 005)
Missing Channel-submerged (HW 008)
Mathematic Assassins-Calculator (HW 009)
Robert Hood-Force of One (HW 010)

Not to rustle up any OS wars, I can now understand
why it was done in BeOS.
BeOS is very adept at manipulating digital media
and was designed as such from the ground up..
BeOS 4.5 and below were made for the Macintosh
(PPC) as well as Intel based PC's
If FinalScratch will run on BeOS 4.5, then
final stratch requires a minimun speed of 500mgz. none of the macs pre g3/4 have
that speed. so using beos 4.5 on a mac won't help.

The real problem with porting to Windows and Mac is apparently that they
can't get at the USB device they use at a low enough level to get the
latency they want... If you have 35ms audio latency and the same in
latency from the record to the machine, you're definitely in noticeable
territory.
