Just my not-all-that-serious way of saying what bc said + it has the added
attraction of allowing unlimited amount of cd burning fr that vinyl ... ot
that I'm encouraging anyone to do that, mind - but if you do, at least you
would still have bought at least one copy of the record :-)

Probably setting myself up for a serving here, but I was really disappointed
with the new Kraftwerk album.
It seemed to be devoid of all that intricate percussion and rhythms of
previous albums and more of an exploration into soft synth patches
hey patrick..yeah my impression was pretty much the same -- some pretty
filler-y, kinda generic stuff -- EXCEPT for a few tracks, which are really
nice! i really dig 'elektro kardiogram'. it really sounds like the same old
(in a good way!) kraftwerk...the structure is so open and not-techno

though -and I'm NOT just trying to like it because its Kraftwerk :)

Just heard the new kraftwerk album... very good. The new tracks they've done
are really nice, deep, minimal, laidback, very kraftwerk obviously though it
reminds me a little more of yellow magic orchestra in places (some very
oriental synth sounds if that makes sense). The tour de france rework
? Any spares? ;-)
