But that won't get rid of the COPYPOOL copies, will it? Relocating the primary copy of backups from one primary pool to another doesn't affect the copies already in the copy pool. What about this: 1) EXPORT the node, by filespace if you want, specify FILEDATA=YES. 2) DELETE the filespaces.

Your performance is on the low side, but not to far off what Tivoli says is normal for backups of your type with an LTO. You have small files, averaging just over 0.5 MB. TSM cannot process small files fast enough to keep the LTO streaming. The tape drive has to stop, back hitch and index
