still looking, and kicking myself for throwing out the old garage door
opener - the motor still worked.
I did find out why the Fricke motor kit was so expensive ($500+) - that gear

on a countermarch. However, it is a jack loom with the levers raising the

are a lot of cables, though, I don't think it can go far. Since this is a
vest, I don't think you have to worry.

still drops LOTS of dirt. I guess I'll have to hang it up and beat it. At
least the dirt falls out easily, now the fiber is clean and open.

did a sample of a fleece (locks) rug... it didn't turn out the way it
should have, I cut the experiment short, and have a lovely - bench-size -
"sheepskin". It could be stuffed, or padded. It takes longer than buying
one, but it was a technique I wanted to try.

to draw it out on paper grid. You could even enlarge a simple picture, or
drawing, you like then lay the canvas over it and draw you design on the

Is there something to put on the bobbin groove to increase the grip the
driveband has on it? I have a stretchy driveband that doesn't grip tight
enough to wind on, and I think the bobbin groove might be too smooth. This
is a single-drive wheel (bobbin lead?).

If it was "Warping and Weaving with Fine Yarns", that was SO96.
If you divide your warp and hang two weights, that might
help your problemor it might double it.
