Greg,
Finally got to it. Regarding th AF amplifier, indeed, it was the fuse
1/4W 1 ohm resistor open circuit. Looked for the email from the VK
fellow who had a similar problem and also suggested the fuse but
could not find it to give him the kudos, hopefully he'll read this post
with thanks to
Yea! Glad it worked out for you.
Thanks for following up with the happy ending.

There will be a directory in your home directory called .predict
In there, you'll find predict.qth, predict.db, and predict.tle

Hi Andrew,
As Ian noted, the three configuration files are in .predict in your home
directory. The 24 entries in predict.tle are the ones displayed, in that
order. You can truncate that file and display less. Is that what you're after?
The Multiple screen just shows the set of 24
Hi Andrew,
Take a look here:

Down in the Utility Programs sections, there are some old but still useful
programs which simplify taming Kep distributions. NASAWASH removes
extraneous lines and does some other cleanup. SORTNENG will take
Hi Zach,
Couple quick things to check:
1--make sure you're using the same TLE file for both WinAOS and the regular
part of SatPC32
2--make sure you go into Setup/Observer and get your lat/long, time zone, etc.
correct
I suspect it's one of those...

Hi mark -
Thanks for the reply. The lat/long etc... are definitely correct - I have
triple checked that. I am not certain what a TLE file is. If you would let me
know, I'll check asap.

Hi.
Yes I can confirm that there was a pass of UO-11 at that time and the bird
would have been active.
The last report from Clive was that it became active again on the 19th
November on the evening pass and I
have heard it on a regular basis since then. Very good signal strength.

Thanks everyone for your help. I thought OSCAR-11 was no longer active - I was

Hi Ben,
I haven't looked at the schematic, but I'd be much more suspecting that the cap
has shorted out than the OpAmp. Replace it and the fuse and see if that
doesn't fix things. If so, you're lucky. Usually the $$$ parts go first to
save the $.000x ones.

Maybe I missed something, but the version of Nova for Windows (from Northern
Lights Software) that I have does not interface to radios to control Doppler.
It only interfaces to rotors to control tracking.
