docked.
When the Shuttle docks with ISS, the ISS autopilot is turned OFF.

As far as I have observed in operating the FT857's I have, CAT does not
update anything when in transmit mode. My downlink radio updates at the
programmed frequency delta but my uplink radio only updates when you let go
of the PTT.
