I am not using the Foundation Data Loader. I am planning to rename the
Support Groups. The ITSM Applications are running on 7.0.03, Patch 7.
I plan to do the following:
1. ARX out data for the following forms: CTM:Support Group, HPD:Help Desk,
CHG:Infrastructure Change, PBM:Problem Investiga
Well, obviously they are in the 'api' subdirectory from a 7.5 server...
The APIs used to be hosted as a separate download from http://arswiki.org -
Axton put them there. But since there was little user contribution to the
wiki (and axton is a busy guy) the last api's you'll find there are v7.1.

If you would check out ARSperl you would still have to compile it. If you
have used one of the already compiled versions of ARSperl, use the 7.1 API
and ARSperl 1.91, I have created this zipfile which you can extract in your

Have you checked the underlying DB Tables for any changes? This happened
to me in the past and the reason was that someone changed the length of
the fields on the DB tables.
