I confirm that problem has been resolved. Specifically, a page javascript
(ClientCore.js) in the proxy cache was corrupt for some mysterious reason.

size being too small for the amount of data being sent/received across the
backchannel servlet. This typically happens to us when we have table fields
with lots of columns in it.

I have seen this happening in our env too, though I could find the
root cause, flushing the cache and restarting tomcat seems like fixed

I had actually deleted the main form from the new server and
re-imported just the form, which caused a lot of problems with
associated AL's - the server names for form's AL's were stripped away.
I re-imported the deployable app and everything started
Yeawhen you delete a form it deletes all associated workflow as
well.not to mention the data...so that would cause issues :)
