I'd try to covert the date/time value as well as selection values into
integers before building the qualifier string. Your query would then
probably look something like this:
'Start Date and Time' = 1335209400 AND 'Change Status' = 7
Not sure if this will help but might be worth a try.
I know a company that had this exact scenario and from what I understand did
work with BMC support for a one-time fee to convert the licenses, but they had
gotten that in writing from BMC before dropping support. The only way to do it
would be in coordination with BMC support.
