via Email System. Meaning, when an email sent from Email System, a copy
will be saved as work info. Also, on the CAI:Events, the error statement is
referring to Submitted date field.

Nothing has changed on that form for over 13 years. It was last modified in Dec
2000 and the macro runs using a Remedy Administrator account so permissions
would not be an issue.
Regarding the Macro:

We click a button on a GUI form that passes parameters to a script

understands that almost anybody in an organization can be an approver for
some process or another have built in this flexibility by not

I created a vendor form to bring the LDAP data and creating a escalation to
push new records into People form. But in the vendor form i only have a Manger
name but i don't

on People to look up the corresponding Manager Login ID in the People form? I
am not extremely familiar with ITSM just yet but if you set the execution order
