On the ARServerUser class page in the JavaDoc, search for the string
RpcQueue.
There are three methods that control setting the RPC queue:
useAdminRpcQueue()
useDefaultRpcQueue()

It does seem a bit curious that there isn't a constructor for ARServerUser
Here's how you can manually extract the APIs (or binaries, or whatever else)
from the AR Linux installer.

You've run into the COM/Automation/ActiveX (or whatever else MS is calling it
this month) interface to the native Windows client, Remedy User. You can do a
search in the Registry, where you'll notice Remedy.User.1 is related to a
