Adding in another server entry in the midtier config does indeed double
up on all entry points in the quick links menu. This is true for
7.1-7.6. this is good if you are logging onto two different remedy
instances, bad if you are logging into one. This is useful for those of
us using a test midtier

Last time I looked into this issue, there was no good answer, so we ended up
taking the less elegant, but more exepdient route. We added a filter to the
AR System Email Message form, to update the URL. There are probably
t's poor design.
