Very true. Years ago the upper floors all over Asbury's Downtown was

For the developers - a condo is worth more downtown then an office
space. The box is there. Maybe someone should of tried to lure those

More and more downtown areas are becoming successful because people are
getting turned off by the shopping mall idea. It's a regular cycle I think
and the tide has turned to more of a downtown preference.
everyone seems to be thinking along the same lines when it comes to the downtown, or maybei just havnt gotten thru reading all the messages yet. i dont know. 4 years later, there is still "nothing" in the downtown as far as my oppinion goes. i agree that onnce the stienbach building is done,

all the parking problems
Didn't say they lived there, Red Bank has extensive parking east of
Broad and north of Monmouth Streets and continually struggles with the
question of whether to build a parking garage.
