The City of Asbury Park is sponsoring the 71st Annual Easter
Pageant Parade on Sunday, April 16th in the famed Paramount Theater
from 1:30 PM until 4:30 PM. Men,
I've been reading this board for months, but this is my first post.
I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I own a 1br condo in the
grand regency over on eighth avenue. We inherited the tenants who have
been there for 8 or 9 years. They have been absolutely perfect. They
pay their rent
How much are they paying now, and what is their budget?
And if you read the redevelopers agreement, there is a line or 2 in
there about enforcing the ordinances regarding living conditions in
the redevelopment zone.

of professionalism of our master developer I think is exemplified by
his father's BW stand. There is not even a printed menu but the prices
