What if said absentee landlord is paying them to underplay or ignore
them for a fee? Cash isn't tracable, but a wink and a nod, is all
that's needed. Not accusing anyone in AP of doing this, but why are
they routinely ignored, here? Who is the code violations officer,
here? Just asking.

They have to go back and pay for it for another 5 0r 10 years. It should be
protected for a
