What if said absentee landlord is paying them to underplay or ignore
them for a fee? Cash isn't tracable, but a wink and a nod, is all
that's needed. Not accusing anyone in AP of doing this, but why are
they routinely ignored, here? Who is the code violations officer,
here? Just asking.
