Thanks for the link, but it utterly depressed me! I'm not a native,
but I love this place, for all it was and what it could be! My kids,
grew up here and wherever they live, realize that there's no place
like AP, Neptune and Long Branch, for the rich experience of having
been young and foolish,

It's already a nice place to go for your lunch. There are at least six places
to get lunch downtown every single day*. Be Green, Wish You Were Here,

Very cute store, just need TRAFFIC to support the biz.
I thought she was doing well. She's open all the time. It would be a
shame for that business to go.
There's another one across for $77k.
Tough to own your own biz.
For anyone that's ever done it, and done it 'right', like I had,

works. For the downtown to move on, you need some major spaces back on
cookman- you need the Steinbach retail done, with a downtown anchor.

So much for consultants.
For the developers - a condo is worth more downtown then an office
space. The box is there. Maybe someone should of tried to lure those
lawyer types out of Red Bank.

Additionally, there were no shopping malls, so there was no where else
to go anyway.
More and more downtown areas are becoming successful because people are
getting turned off by the shopping mall idea. It's a regular cycle I think
