In my blind test the 320 missed some air compared to FLAC but sure it
sounded good, just a bit darker with less decay. Only apparent on great
recordings and if volume is cranked up.

I am interested how much did they sell because of this much publicity.
Audible tests of any cable, be it even analog, showed that there is no
difference but still people buy them and this one won't be any
different, you are just making them a favor.

and reinstall 7.0.1 or whatever. Then go to the same
folder and copy those 2 backed up files there, overwrite as necessary.
Restart SqueezeCenter for it to recognize it.

Found one annoyance with the F42.
There is some sort of static, like noise and quiet crackling if there
is no signal on the digital input (tested only toslink).
For example turn off your PC.

are using the latest and then compare. Could also be that Brutefir is
the correct one.
I compared convolved files with Convolver(Sourceforge) and Inguz and
they were identical in the general frequency response at least. Haven't
tested Brutefir, too warm for penguins.

This is stupid, it is very easy to detect 128 and even 256 vs FLAC in a
blind test, especially if you crank it up.
Did the same with cables and didn't hear any diffence :(

in the same spot as the m30 and
post a flat correction graphs of both of them for us to see and then I
can check for the differences.
Of course if you get the m30 correction graph which you can trust use
it before showing. And don't use any (put zeros) for the ecm8000
correction.

I had the same issue but regarding the enjoyment factor I presume it was
from the boost you personally got when it stopped playing. It woke you
up or made you listen more carefully expecting the next failure.

I believe that simply using Ethernet disables the Wifi, you can hear
that click, I hope that's the Wifi, don't laugh if I'm off base with
the click :)
And remove the antennas.
