For those of us living east of the GTA the Fish Crow frequenting Whitby harbour
seems to be the most accessible, now again being seen regularly in the area.

Hi folks: This morning I led a Riverwood Conservancy sponsored bird hike,
with 16 partecipants, along the lake west of Port Credit and we found a calling
Fish Crow ( along with 3 other calling American Crows) at Ben Machree Park (
Lakeshore Bld, south on Pine or Maple Ave. to the Lake...liste
At around 5:25pm this evening while I was letting my dog out into my backyard
in central Etobicoke, I clearly heard a Fish Crow give its distinctive
single-note call several times. It was with 8-9 American Crows, which were also
calling periodically.

parking lot of Hillman Marsh. It's very tame, similar to the bird that was at
the Tip of Point Pelee recently.

several days near the tip of the point feeding on dogwood berries. We saw
it twice yesterday but both times it flew over it was silent. Many others
have heard typical vocalizations, however.

Birders - a single Fish Crow just flew past our balcony (near Green. Rd at
Lake Ontario) in Stoney Creek, heading west into Hamilton. It appeared to
be losing height, but I couldn't see for sure if it actually landed in
nearby Confederation Park. Worth keeping an eye out for!

Gap and this melee was shortly visited by a Common Raven and during our outing
we came up with 18 species of warblers.

just had the bird vocalizing and flying towards the Leander boat club east
