I was trying to download adobe 8.1, but got an internet explorer error. It had
stalled. The error message recommended doing a windows update. I did this and
got a number of updates including internet explorer 7. The error message also
suggested doing a spyware check. I did a spybot
them up once removed, so that you can restore them again
should
problems arise. So go ahead and remove what Spybot found. Hope that helps.
