I do speak French :-) but "je ne said quoi" is such a horrible anglicism I wanted to draw Dana's attention to is. I am all for using foreign languages when it adds value (not many people would read my messages if I wrote them in Dutch), but it looks really silly
I don't remember that being the question either... I remember this
being in response to the question about Supreme Court Judges and the
Defense of Marriage act when Bush was stuck on the idea of a "litmus
test" because it was the only way he could think of to appear not to
be a jerk. That was my in
I didn't intend to use the word "deviant", with all its loaded connotation (which i alluded to). But was just pointing out the word does have broad definition, open to interpretation, and that makes it a perfect tool for people who want to advance their anti-gay agenda.

I've got the iTrip for my iPod, but I'm using the iPod in the car more
than not. I'm starting to get annoyed by the loss in quality caused
by using a milliwatt FM Transmitter. I'm thinking about installing an
FM Modulator in my truck so that I can have a "direct" connection to

That's a great suggestion! We haven't heard from her yet ...
Although I would say that she's already spoken out with magazine and
newspaper ads posing with her fa

standard between who gets to mention it and since I don't see being
gay as a negative, I don't see the outrage.

Here we go again. We've had this debate more than a few times. I do
not know whether being gay or lesbian is genetic or due to other
causes. That said it is not a lifestyle choice. There are multiple
lines of scientific research that have shot down that idea - I'm not
