Pork shoulder or Boston Butt is how I've always referred to it.
Favorite recipe for pulled pork tacos
1 Boston Butt, boneless, 4-6 lbs (we've done as many as three for a big
party, requires extra crocks tho')

Kosher salt
lime wedges
