If you are using IIS then the reason is because IIS caches static files.
When the file is cached it is locked for 60 seconds, I think. So, you would
need to disable the IIS caching (there are articles on how to do this) but

#3, You'd turn down a developer with years of experience because they didn't
take Allaire's advanced course? Some of us were well into the advanced level
before that course existed, and see no point in filling Allaire's coffers
just to say we've been there.
did you say where you need these developers?

Small question on Nate Weiss excellent TwoSelectsRelated tag.
Installs and works fine but once a user has searched and then returns to
the search form using "back", the second select box is empty. The only way
to reselect is to either refresh the page or to select a different item in
