Using CF to display links on a page

Good Day, Will someone explained how to create the horizontal Links in ColdFusion? I would like to display Links First > Second > Third > Fourth. I don't know how to display the active link - the last link.  Am I supposed to use the url variable.   This is my code. #PageHeading# > #Active
