was wondering if any one knows of a content management
system for intranet built in CF?
i need to merge 2 large intranets into one.
would like to be able to give more control of content to
the end users.
i am sure i could build one, but with limited time,

To me, Content Management is one of those terms which is used to describe a
process, but leaves room for interpretation.
If Content Management means what I think it does (web managed system for
adding content to a web site), it could be useful. But does this mean the
added content is HTML files
Keep in mind, they have an ASP model too. Not sure of the pricing. But
worth a look. They're quite highly rated.

To my mind has 2 advantages: You don't have to be online most of the
time and styles are potentially more controllable than most of the

a database. If going with open source, I'd recommend PostreSQL over
something like mySQL.
