What do you guys think of the new designs for the 2004 Ford
Mustang and Pontiac GTO? Is it just me or did they totally scored with the
styling of the mustang but Pontiac missed big time
with the goat.

I've got a couple of questions about the charging system in a '70 Chevelle.
I just replaced the alternator and the voltage regulator. When idling, the
voltage typically runs around 13 volts (just after starting the car). What
concerns me however, is that when I race the engine the voltage goes

It should be charging at 14.4 volts or around there. I would be worried about anything over 15.2. My 69 was charging at well over 17 volts. It caused the battery to boil over and ruin my fresh engine compartment. Replaced the voltage regulator and it was fine.
