Larry Seltzer Article - Someone needs some glassess .. [7:20077]

2001-09-15 Thread Chris Haller
If anyone actually went and read the article by Larry Seltzer, you would have discovered that he refered to the MCSE certification, not the CCIE. I was ticked at Seltzer at first, but now that I see what he actually wrote, I agree with him. I got my MCSE in a box of CrackerJack !! It has taken

If I remember correctly, each VLAN is it's own subnet. And therefore, if each vlan is it's own subnet, you can only have 254 devices attached to each subnet. You may wanna check that on CCO. --- John Kale wrote: > hi all, > > I read somewhere that there can only be a maximum of > 254 devices

The key here is Nationwide. 905 jobs nationwide using just the extremely general word "Cisco" ??? That is horrible, and I shall go cry after I finish this responce. Juniper only having 46 is not bad for such a new "core" producer. Cisco has been around for over a decade and we got 905 !!! :-(

I agree. Cisco, like Novell, teaches you HOW things actually work rather than simply teach you their products and their way only. If you achieve CCIE written or lab, that knowledge is transferable to almost any WAN platform in almost any enviornment. Granted, the current and future salary expect
