I qualified for this as well. Cisco sent me an email about it the other day
and today I received the qualifying confirmation. You can find further
information at the following URLs.

Agreed
We have it functioning in a production environment currently. Basically ,
point your devices to the CSACS and then point the CSACS to the Secure ID
server.
It is a nice feature but can take a bit of patience at first. Not everyone
likes to carry a fob around with them to authenticate.
Mario,
The following may help you out. I found them by searching Cisco with
privilege level configuration

Remember if you do not give them the privilege level to the configuration
command then
Spencer,
I asked our ANS rep and the Cisco NetPro group the same question back in
March. There were two things that I could have done.
You should be able to ask Cisco for the bin file. Check with your account
rep to see if they can get the file for you. If not there is a backout plan

I hope this helps.

There is a Sybex book out that covers the pix 6.2. I know a few people that
have used it for this exam and have liked it. Other than that there is only

Basically it performs as per stated. We have VPN users that come into our
concentrator from all over North American and abroad. They have used a
variety of cable, dsl, dial-up providers and for the most part do not have
any issues. Split tunnelling has been enabled up until now.
As for private

Maybe I should have asked if anyone is studying for the CCSP? What exams
have you accomplished and what is your next step? I may be amungst the

to get information concerning the exams before attempting. *grins*

This is a fairly good link on object groups. There is not an awful lot of
information on them as of yet but possibly an advanced search off of the
Cisco TAC website may pull some hits. I had asked my Cisco rep the same
type of questions and this is what I was given.
Great to know I am not alone. I noticed you all were doing the earlier exam
and not the new one. Any particular reason? From my understanding you can
mix versions of tests to come to the same conclusion.

If you have version 6.2 you can use the nat outside command. This command

O'Reilly has a book called Cisco IOS Access Lists. It is 250 pages and
covers a few topics. Basics, Security Policies, Routing Policies, Debugging
Lists, Route Maps etc.. I have read bits and pieces of this book and have

Check your flash for crash info files. You can read through these and or

We are creating a lab at work to support a few functions. One of the

Absolutely there is

We currently have 4006's SupII in our closets and they have no trouble
handling the traffic (240 ports). If you want to go IOS you can move up to
the SupIII engine on this unit. They interface with our 6513's via gig
uplinks and to date we have not had any issues with the 4006's or the gig
this will probably develop into one of those
tests you dread to take.

Congrats Dan. :)
I too found the CIT a bit difficult and I was doing nothing but support at

it should have been a bit easier for myself.
Now you can have a break and think about the next step. :)
