I passed the BCMSN test yesterday. Three down, one to go. I'm taking CIT
next Friday. By the way, for those of us in the USA, tests are now $125 as
of November 1. I wish I would have scheduled my CIT test last week, I could
have spent that $25 on a nice steak at the Outback. Oh well.

Brad - Congrats! I passed mine last week as well, except I'm just beginning
BSCN next and then BCRAN, CIT ---then the almighty CCIE. Good luck.

I agree. I took the test at Networkers a couple of weeks ago. Since it was

questions were so poorly written that it seemed like they were translated
from another language.

Hello Groupies,

Hello groupies,
I had been a silent observer in the group study list. Just coming back
after passing the Switching 2.0 exam today. Total 64 questions. Scored

useful for some other test takers, I would be happy.

In electrical terms, leakage can refer to a Capacitor leaking DC voltage
instead of blocking it. There other electrical references to signal
leakage. So it is my guess that whomever coined the phrase "frame leakage"
was familiar with one of the those other electrical references about signal
Just came back from the test center. I found it harder than BSCN too. I
finished with 868, when I got a 908 in BSCN. Some of the Q on trunking were
very confusing.
BTW, what is "frame leakage" ???
Best of luck for those taking the exam.

VLAN leakage is when traffic destined for a certain VLAN (ie: broadcast
traffic) is forwarded to switch ports that aren't assigned to the VLAN. The
term "leaking" is used to describe the condition. I really had to search for
a definition on this one.
Good luck in future exams
