from the updates? It seems it is screwed up totally since it have a major

I tried to install now. It didn't find the disk on my promise ata100
controller. When I added the line ide2=0x9400,0x9002 the install found
the disk, but only found 64MB of memory.
Then the install failed because of wrong packagelists.

Is it normal that samba does not delete the files after printing them? I'm
installing a cups+smb server, it's working OK, but I found /var full! There
were tons of MB in /var/spool/samba/* because I found there a copy of all the
printed files. Is there a way to automatically delete them?

Menu items that have scandic marks (umlauts like ä) are shown
incorrect:
there is question marks in places of scandics etc. I'm using finnish
language.

Glibc22 contains only a few files nothing todo
with glibc21.
So --force it and reinstall glibc21.
That's what I did and it's ok.
Now I have the files from glibc22 AND glibc21.

I really like linux. And I really love Mandrake and its way to work!
I guess 7.3 will be really special, for I'll see kernel 2.4.x, kde2.1, gnome
