Ok, the sitescooper comes with a lot of the same perl modules provided by the perl-libwww-perl package. Furthermore sitescooper stores them in site_perl, which is wrong for packages. sitescooper should just require perl-libwww-perl (or just rely on automatic perl provides) and not ship these
