however I recall that there is a properties *link* somewhere possibly
in styles section when you activate styles in right panel.

To target IE one can use IE CC's and no need to use Serverside languages.

Anything inside * html will be ignored by other browsers. IE Expressions will
not validate. You will need to take that out and put in a seperate style sheet.
