I got usable results on the old woman/young woman poster shot by using: 1) two invocations of the equalizer - one using the denoise preset but increased to a mix of 1.25, and the other using the sharpness preset with a mix of 1.0 2) very slight touch of raw denoise 3) enabled defringe module
