FactoryConfigurationError has the same
files, etc. that we need to publish on the web site.
Just checkout the target area and add them. Things like javadocs, schemas,
images, css files, etc… would all need to be handled that way.

javax.script is required. I believe this can and should be marked optional.
org.osgi.service.cm is marked as requiring version 1.3.0. However, I THINK
