Well I am a much newer fan (8 months). But for the last 2 years I have
been looking for a solution that made everyone in the household in a
position to listen to his/hers personally favorits of music. From my

I have the exact same problem after 7.2 upgrade and for me it's a major
issue since i normally change the font to full to display it "full
screen" and then have the song text scroll for e.g. 20 seconds and then
off for 60 seconds using spectrum analyzer (i edit the plugin.pm for

If you knew what firmware it was running, your could use the technique
people are using when they desire a specific firmware and it would not
try to update. That said SD has said many times that this hardware is

Looking forward to having a working headphone socket. Whilst we listen
to a good deal more music now that we have SB Classics around the house
and a Duet Controller next to my seat in the lounge, I still have to
give way to the girls wanting to watch ruddy Strictly, X-Factor etal
