Install the custom browse plugin, and you'll get a trackinfo menu that
intercepts the default one. It gives you the song title and the option
to move right and get the artists that have made a version of that
song title, etc. There is also a menu item to get to the default song
info ui.

OkayI removed the two receivers from the wireless network and hard
wired them into the system.

One thing: I did NOT succeed in using SSH with iPeng with a
non-jailbroken phone since you cannot have background processes.
What DOES work (although it's more complicated) though, is using a VPN,

I have connected my SB Duet with an external DAC using Coax digital
output from SB. It works just fine and external DAC is doing a nice
job. The only problem that I have is the fact that SB Duet has a signal
on the digital output all the time - even when I shut receiver down or

While switching between the SB3s, the controller failed to connect to

the LMA. When I do an artist search, I get a small subset of what the
same artist search would return on the LMA search. For example,

I don't want to be the nagging kind - but when are you going to start
release Squeezecenter compiled for the Readynas Pro? I have problems
with BIOD and in your latest 7.2.1-release this seems to be solved.
Tried to ask the Readynas-"jedis", but so far I have not recieved any
answers. :(
I don't want the Squeezecenter to run at Windows startup, is there a way
to disable this? I looked in the Settings and didn't notice anything...

You should be checking Settings/Advanced/Filetypes and not the prefs
file.
It looks like the installation of the plugin attached to the post has
not been successful.
Double check the installation and don't forget to restart SC.
The issue about mplayer is only important when you have AACplus
fil

I have a bug too. On a fresh install of 7.2.1 it works normally with
audio playing, but if I change to "start SC when the computer loads up"
and enter in name and password, SC loads up and works except there is no
audio.

not getting the magic packet from the SB3 which it should do because
another wireless device can send one successfully. I'm assuming the

7.3 features the updated ExtJS 2.2, whereas SC 7.2 is still based on ExtJS 2.1.
I use a small program by simply-ware.com called WOL 1.0.3 from another
wire-less computer on the network

If the controller were to add IR functionality (and thus universal
remote capabilities), I would be extremely excited. If it were to add
Harmony One style power (and you know you can do it, Logitech - you
make both devices) I would put it on a pedestal and worship it.

run as a service on that account. So I only had to turn on the PC and
Squeezecenter boots up with the log-in info I entered. So I didn't have
to login.
I did a format on my PC to clean up somethings and did a fresh install

And the computer will now go into standby mode with the SB3 turned off

You can try Pippin's iPeng plugin to witness the potential for
differentiation. It is significant.
For me, iPeng's simultaneous multi-player control is a revolutionary
improvement. In my experience, this is necessary.

I too have an iPhone and would love a native app for SqueezeCenter.
Question then is how does it differentiate itself from the Squeezebox
Controller!? Certainly a good way of selling more more receivers :)
