have another error message saying "connection has been unexpectedly
closed. Server sent command exit status 0" and "Cannot initialize SFTP

I use squeezeplay on my XP work PC to stream music from home. It does
seem much more reliable than softsqueeze - though I do like softsqueeze
more. There are several things it seems to be missing - unless I've
missed something.

I went ahead and bought both SlimPronto and ProntoSqueeze. Both
developers have been very helpful and responsive so far. I'm not sure
which one I prefer yet, both are very well designed, with clean and
attractive graphics.
SlimPronto perhaps feels like a more complete package at this stage,

The second two issues are likely to be resolved at some point as well.
As it stands SoftSqueeze is a fairly basic derivation from the software
running on the Controller. As it doesn't need to have a volume option
(built in hardware volume) there isn't a UI for it right now. Same goes
for the audio

I modified the applet for volume control.
Using the volume keys still gives me the problem of a "volume control
window" popping up.
I now use the Add key (+) for volume_down and the Play key for
Volume_up.
Seems unlogical but the + key is on the left and the play key is on the
right.

The title pretty much says it all.
A few weeks ago I pulled my old slimp3 out of a box and hooked it up to
the network. Everything seems to be working fine (which is impressive,
glad to see it hasn't been eol'd), but the volume won't change. Tried
via web interface and remote, but it stays at 5
I tried to tidy this up as well before realising that there was no way
to limit the Artists list to only their complete albums.
If I want to play all Johnny Cash albums, I can't just go to Johnny
Cash and press play* as I get all the odd tracks that he appears on
from other albums. It just is tha

I have recently switched from having iTunes control my SC library to SC
