I've been running with MP3s since my first Slimp3 but have just decided
to convert everything to FLAC. I did a couple of tests and things went

today for the first time I went to play a FLAC on one of my Slimp3s and

Any SB remote will work with any SB, so yes the backlit one will work.
The Boom (mini) one will work too, BUT it doesn't have a brightness
button so you can't use it to trigger a fw update.

Call tech support. They will be able to walk you through a more
definitive troubleshooting process, and give you an RMA to replace the
SB if they conclude it's a faulty unit.

Have you tried using the Boom's remote to do the hard reset on the
Classic? Also, can you control the Classic with the Boom's remote? If
not then there may be something wrong with the Classic's IR receiver.
Could be anything from a simple obstruction in the line-of-sight to an
internal fault.

Yes I have, thanks.
Just got it home, plugged in and reconfigured the wireless settings.
All seems good so far, but will leave it on a few days to make sure.

The problem is the Nvidia ION is outrageous
I'd recommend contacting support, they're in a better position to

Well, purchased new power supply. Factory Reset SB3 and took into work

Left SB3 on with original supply. After about 30-45 minutes, it was
