The point here might be that, to the Colombian government, San Andres perhaps isn't a different country but just another callsign zone to them. I don't know what their rules about signing callsigns while portable are. In the USA, it is OK to sign "W9SZ/4" or "W9SZ/KL7" or whatever. 73, Zack W

Larry, Either way, 2400 or Z would be considered Midnite. In general, 2400 would be the end of "yesterday" and would be the start of "tomorrow," if you get my drift. In any event, I can not recall anytime in the last 25-30 years where 2400 Z was used in general Amateur practice. Best

All of my T9 QSLs (T97V) have come via the buro, as I've never felt the desire to line some Bosnian postal worker's pockets with my $$.   LOTW confirms will be good for awards eventually, which is a good reason to bother. I'm relatively young and in good enough health, so I can wait.   73, S
