when on 80 meters. What is the voltage on pad E when you are on 80
meters? Make certain that you have pad E connected to the proper point
(see KXB3080 manual figure 7). Pad E is the control, pad F is the output.

Things have been going down hill this last weekend.
Started with a bit higher current than manual stated on 80 meters (65 ma) to
read about 105 ma.
Then I noted that I could not get any power out either.
Rig was working fine with just the 20 and 40 meter module with currents and
power out.

weekend. I have been running psk31 on 20 meters quite a bit. I have been into
SWL and utility monitoring for some time, and the K2 has one of the best

The LED traffic lights in FL must work better than the ones in my town.
The LEDs appear to burn out in patches. Looks like a leaf that a bug
has been dining on. On the positive side, the manufacturers will
certainly get their act together in time.

turns (where #26 will not fit). The KPA100 requires the higher current

K3: I bought one (paid in full). K3/100. I can add more later and
by the time I get mine (Sept build, maybe early Oct delivery?) the
"other stuff" should be sitting on the inventory shelf so no need to
make those decisions
No need to worry much longer about "breaking" the
small flourescent bulbs, so popular now in Australia
and WMart - there are about to be eclipsed by the
new LOW WATTAGE LED BULBS. The LED technolgoy is
already in use on sailboat mastheads, 18-wheeler
tail\lights, and most updated red/green/yellow

I use the Microham Microkeyer with my K2 for RTTY and PSK31 with no
audio level problem. I also take the audio from J5 as suggested. The
only problems I had were getting the modes set correctly on initial
setup. After that it has worked well. I had to put it in "follow radio"
mode to corr

In our day and age it seems that Common Sense is in short supply. If you don't

It looks to me like it's finish was produced by a "vibrating sander"
process. This method, often used by home-brew'ers, produces a
pleasing finish that doesn't show the scratches sometimes done
during metal fabrication. The stamped chassis is sanded by an
orbital sander before going to the meta
